About the Role
As a Front of House Responsible Sales Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face and trusted voice of the business. This role is all about delivering a seamless and positive customer journey—from the moment they walk in or call, to the moment they drive away safely.
You won’t just greet customers; you’ll guide them, support them, and ensure their entire experience feels smooth, stress-free, and genuinely cared for.

Working Hours & Benefits

Monday–Friday only

8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

No weekends or bank holidays

Closed over Christmas and New Year for a long festive break

Ongoing development including 6-weekly off-site training (2 days, 1 night away)
Key Duties
-
Act as the first point of contact, both in person and over the phone

Guide customers through sales and service processes with clarity and confidence

Build rapport and identify customer needs, completing sales where appropriate

Make outbound calls and reports after vehicle inspections
-
Handle inbound enquiries, logging details accurately and preparing repair estimates
-
Manage customer bookings efficiently
-
Maintain a positive, tidy, and professional front-of-house environment

Ensure every customer leaves feeling valued, informed, and safe
Key Requirements

Experience in a customer-facing role (sales or automotive preferred)

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine trust

Confident in closing sales and handling objections
-
Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused

Strong attention to detail

Automotive knowledge is a bonus, with training provided
-
Willingness to attend regular off-site training to develop front-of-house skills

About the Role:

Mechanical repairs and diagnostic appointments
Working within manufacturer guidelines to ensure high-quality repairs
