Workshop Controller – HGV / LCV Dealership Location: Reading Salary: £43,000 – £45,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £50,000) Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Saturday mornings: 1 in 4 rota About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a busy and well-established HGV dealership operation based in Reading. This is a key role within the business, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency while delivering a high level of customer service.
