Monday Matters Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established automotive business in Canterbury, Kent to find a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Parts Advisor. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for trade customers, handling incoming parts enquiries and supplying automotive parts to the aftermarket. You’ll play a key role in delivering a professional, efficient, and friendly service while building strong relationships with workshops, independent garages, and trade clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and parts enquiries from trade customers Accurately identify and supply the correct automotive parts Process orders efficiently using internal systems Build and maintain strong customer relationships Upsell related parts and consumables to maximise sales opportunities Deliver excellent customer service at all times We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and thrives in a busy environment.
