This is a confidential search for a key role that will help drive franchise performance, brand growth, and operational excellence across an expanding network. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations and performance of franchise dealerships within your assigned region. Ensure all franchises comply with manufacturer standards, policies, and operational guidelines. Drive sales, service, and aftersales performance, meeting and exceeding agreed KPIs. Build strong relationships with franchise partners and dealership teams, providing guidance, support, and training. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. This is a confidential search for a senior leadership role responsible for driving overall business performance, strategic growth, and operational excellence across a franchise. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the performance of a dealership in the West Sussex region, including sales, aftersales, and service operations. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Ensure all dealerships comply with manufacturer standards, brand policies, and operational guidelines. Drive a sales-oriented and profit-driven culture across the network, monitoring performance against KPIs and budgets.
