This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Responsibilities: Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories. Process parts orders for both the workshop and retail customers. Maintain accurate stock levels and handle inventory management. Build and sustain strong customer relationships. Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery of parts. Handle returns and warranty claims professionally and efficiently. Requirements: Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role (preferably in a dealership environment). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of automotive systems and parts catalogues is advantageous. Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership management software. A proactive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset.
