- Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 6:00pm; Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join a growing vehicle leasing and finance business.
Key responsibilities include:

Proactively prospecting businesses to identify opportunities for fleet vehicles and related financial services, including asset finance, salary sacrifice schemes, and commercial finance solutions.

Converting prospects into long-term customers through effective relationship building and consultative selling.

Managing and developing customer accounts, with account allocation opportunities available after a qualifying period.

Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicle and funding solutions.

Advising customers on a range of contract and finance options to ensure the most appropriate solution is selected.

Selling a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans, and pickup trucks, to both business and private customers.

Following up on marketing-generated enquiries while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Working towards monthly sales and revenue targets.

Vehicle Technician Key Responsibilities:
Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a fleet of hybrid vehicles
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment
Conduct safety checks and prepare vehicles for MOTs, ensuring compliance with DVSA standards
Accurately complete service records and job documentation
Work collaboratively with other technicians in a fully equipped, professional workshop
Vehicle Technician Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Previous experience working with hybrid or electric vehicles (preferred but not essential; training will be provided)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Full UK driving licence
A methodical, safety-first approach and willingness to learn new technologies

The Role:
As a Parts Advisor in the Contact Centre, you will be the first point of contact for retail and trade customers seeking parts and accessories.
