This pivotal role is integral to the smooth operation of the business, ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes are executed smoothly.
  • Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as necessary to promote performance and development.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Implement and uphold safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow between the warehouse and other business functions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient warehouse management strategies.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive or car dealership sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and staff development.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and efficiencies within a warehouse setting.
