This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe's fastest-growing prestige car specialist, where expertise, teamwork and customer focus truly matter. We are looking for an experienced, driven Parts Advisor to play a key role in our expanding aftersales and telesales operation.
 
The Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you will be central to delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales growth. This is a sales-focused, customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on telesales and relationship building.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ordering, reserving and invoicing parts, including processing payments
  • Handling aftersales enquiries in close collaboration with the service department
  • Preparing estimates when required
  • Prospecting, acquiring and maintaining customer accounts
  • Answering customer queries via phone, email and face-to-face
  • Cold calling and outbound sales activity (essential)
  • Maintaining close communication with workshop staff, service advisors and customers
  • Assisting with parts inventory checks
  • Proactively contacting customers with promotions and special offers
  • Supporting business growth through an entrepreneurial, sales-driven approach
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Fluent English plus one additional language: Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • A clear, confident phone manner
  • A full, valid and clean driving licence
  • Willingness to attend car shows and occasional business travel
  • A genuine enjoyment of building long-term customer relationships
