As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between customers and the service department, ensuring that all service requests are handled efficiently and professionally. 
 
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with expert advice and guidance on service options.
  • Receive and manage customer service requests from initial contact through to completion.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow in the service department.
  • Update customers on the status of their vehicles and any recommended service work.
  • Prepare and present estimates for service work, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns, fostering a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians and service team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service work performed in the dealership's system.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle service processes and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using service management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A valid driving license is preferred.
