Senior Vehicle Technician Skills:

Proven experience as a Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician within a similar environment

Key Responsibilities:
Upholstering and retrimming interiors — including seats, panels, headliners, and dashboards — using high-end materials.
Creating bespoke interior features to meet precise client specifications.
Working closely with design and build teams to ensure seamless finishes.
Maintaining exceptional standards of detail, presentation, and craftsmanship.
Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as an automotive upholsterer, ideally within prestige, sports, luxury, or bespoke environments.
Skilled in working with leather, Alcantara, and other premium materials.
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing flawless work.
A blend of creative flair and technical capability.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
