Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting customers promptly and courteously, understanding their vehicle needs and concerns.
  • Adsorbing vehicle issues, providing clear explanations, and offering suitable service options.
  • Booking appointments and managing workshop schedules efficiently.
  • Preparing service plans, estimates, and billing details accurately and transparently.
  • Ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales and to a high standard.
  • Maintaining detailed and up-to-date customer records and vehicle history.
  • Building long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and service follow-up.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership or automotive environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems, services, and repair procedures is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office suite.
