As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers promptly and courteously, understanding their vehicle needs and concerns.

Adsorbing vehicle issues, providing clear explanations, and offering suitable service options.

Booking appointments and managing workshop schedules efficiently.

Preparing service plans, estimates, and billing details accurately and transparently.

Ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales and to a high standard.

Maintaining detailed and up-to-date customer records and vehicle history.

Building long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and service follow-up.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership or automotive environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Knowledge of automotive systems, services, and repair procedures is advantageous.

Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office suite.
