Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership or automotive environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Knowledge of automotive systems, services, and repair procedures is advantageous.

Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles.
Carry out advanced diagnostics using manufacturer-approved systems
Conduct health checks and identify potential issues accurately
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
Keep up to date with the latest EV technologies and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
About You:
Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Experience working within a main dealer environment preferred
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Interest in electric/hybrid vehicles
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
Full UK driving licence
