The Role:
As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs including electric and hybrid vehicles. You’ll be working with the latest tools, systems, and manufacturer training to ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles.

Carry out advanced diagnostics using manufacturer-approved systems

Conduct health checks and identify potential issues accurately

Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in line with dealership and manufacturer standards

Keep up to date with the latest EV technologies and safety procedures

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
About You:

Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Experience working within a main dealer environment preferred

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
-
Interest in electric/hybrid vehicles
-
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies

Full UK driving licence

The role will involve sourcing high-value vehicles and luxury products from markets across the globe, securing the best possible purchase prices and managing the process through to delivery.
The Role
You will take ownership of the sourcing process from initial research and supplier engagement through to purchase, logistics and final delivery.
One day you could be sourcing a high-performance vehicle from Germany, the next a luxury watch from the US or another high-value product from an international market.
You will be responsible for finding the right product, at the right price, in the right market — while ensuring all associated costs remain commercially viable.
Key Responsibilities
Source prestige, performance and luxury vehicles from international markets.
Source luxury watches and other high-value and premium goods from suppliers across the globe.
Research live market values across multiple countries to identify the most commercially attractive sourcing opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, brokers, suppliers, auction houses, shipping agents and logistics partners.
Negotiate purchase prices and commercial terms to secure the best possible deals.
Assess vehicle and product values, condition, provenance and market demand.
Manage the full process from purchase through to inspection, preparation, insured transportation and delivery.
Coordinate international shipping and logistics for high-value goods.
Understand and manage import and export requirements, customs processes, duties, taxes and territory restrictions.
Factor exchange rates and international costs into every sourcing decision.
Maintain accurate records of sourcing decisions, costs, suppliers and deliveries.
Monitor market movements, depreciation, availability and changes in product values.
Ensure all purchases remain within agreed budgets and provide strong commercial value.
Resolve any issues that arise during the sourcing, shipping or delivery process.
Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure products are sourced and delivered efficiently.
About You
We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, highly organised and naturally curious, with the ability to find opportunities in markets that others may overlook.
You may have experience within vehicle sourcing or trading, luxury goods buying, international logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, procurement or a similar environment.
You'll ideally have:
Experience sourcing or purchasing vehicles, luxury goods or other high-value products.
Strong negotiation skills and a natural ability to identify value.
A good understanding of international markets and pricing.
Experience working across different currencies and understanding exchange-rate implications.
Knowledge of international shipping, customs, duties and taxes, or the ability to learn quickly.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple sourcing and delivery projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with suppliers and partners internationally.
A proactive, commercially focused approach to problem-solving.
The ability to remain calm when dealing with complex or time-sensitive situations.
A high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism when handling high-value assets.
Desirable Experience
