About the Role

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays
The Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our workshop and retail customers receive the correct parts promptly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories.
  • Process parts orders for both the workshop and retail customers.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and handle inventory management.
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships.
  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Handle returns and warranty claims professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role (preferably in a dealership environment).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and parts catalogues is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership management software.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset.
