The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and premium service experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing customer bookings for servicing, maintenance, and repairs

Clearly explaining work required, costs, and timescales

Liaising closely with the workshop to ensure efficient workflow

Keeping customers informed throughout the service process

Accurately completing administration and invoicing

Handling customer queries and concerns professionally

Delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with Porsche brand standards
About You:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
-
Premium brand experience is advantageous but not essential
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
Confident using IT systems and dealership software
-
Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
-
Full UK driving licence
