Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and routine servicing of light commercial vehicles
  • Identify faults and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out
  • Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
  • Assist in inventory management and ensuring the workshop tools and equipment are well-maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively about repair needs and completion times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure workshop efficiency and high standards of workmanship
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as an LCV/Van Technician in a recognised workshop or dealership
  • Relevant technical qualifications and certifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds)
  • Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on experience with light commercial vehicles
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach
