Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to both workshop and retail customers, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
  • Assist in the daily running of the parts department, including stock management and parts ordering.
  • Identify and recommend the correct parts for customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and stock movements using dealership systems.
  • Support the workshop team by ensuring they have the right parts in a timely manner.
  • Handle phone and email enquiries professionally, providing knowledgeable advice and solutions.
  • Work closely with the service team to facilitate smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within a car dealership or relevant automotive environment.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems and basic IT skills.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to service delivery.
