About the Role
PDI/ Prep Vehicle Technician
Independent Garage
Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum
Location: Wadhurst, East Sussex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Vehicle Technician to join our clients team in East Sussex. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and regular working hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform pre-delivery inspections on new and used vehicles
-
Conduct mechanical and safety checks to manufacturer standards
-
Identify and report any faults or required repairs
-
Ensure vehicles are roadworthy, clean, and ready for handover
-
Maintain accurate documentation for all inspections and work carried out
Requirements:

Previous experience in a PDI or vehicle technician role preferred

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

Good understanding of vehicle systems and safety requirements

Full UK driving licence essential
