Health & Safety Support the implementation of Health & Safety policies and procedures. Coordinate mandatory training and maintain training records. Monitor statutory inspections and compliance across workshop and bodyshop facilities. Coordinate contractor visits and compliance documentation. Maintain accident, incident and near-miss records. Support investigations and monitor corrective actions. Organise monthly Health & Safety meetings. Liaise with external Health & Safety consultants. Assist with audits, risk assessments and policy reviews. Monitor maintenance schedules and statutory servicing requirements. About You: Experienced within HR administration or HR coordination. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Professional, approachable and confident communicating across all levels. Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team member. Knowledgeable in employment legislation and HR best practice. Previous Health & Safety administration or compliance experience would be highly advantageous. Experience within the automotive sector is desirable but not essential.
