You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to boost revenue across service, repair, and parts departments, while ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.
 
The Role:
As Sales Manager, your focus will be on driving sales growth within the aftersales operation. Working closely with the Service Manager and wider team, you’ll develop initiatives to maximise upsell opportunities, enhance customer retention, and meet performance targets.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance across service, repair, and parts operations
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer spend
  • Motivate and guide advisors and service teams to achieve sales targets
  • Analyse data to track performance, identify trends, and act on opportunities
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with management to enhance the overall customer experience
About You:
  • Proven experience in a sales-driven role within the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of service and parts sales processes
  • Target-oriented with a passion for achieving results
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Commercially aware and proactive in identifying new business opportunities
