This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a proven ability to increase sales and profitability within an aftersales environment. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to boost revenue across service, repair, and parts departments, while ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.
The Role:
As Sales Manager, your focus will be on driving sales growth within the aftersales operation. Working closely with the Service Manager and wider team, you’ll develop initiatives to maximise upsell opportunities, enhance customer retention, and meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance across service, repair, and parts operations

Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer spend

Motivate and guide advisors and service teams to achieve sales targets
