Monday Matters Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly reputable main dealership in Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join a busy, professional workshop where quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are paramount.
 
The Role:
As a Senior Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role within the workshop, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest manufacturer standards while supporting junior team members.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and complex repairs
  • Utilise manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment
  • Provide technical support to colleagues and workshop control
  • Mentor and support junior technicians
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
  • Accurately complete job cards and associated documentation
  • Contribute to workshop efficiency and productivity targets
Essential Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Previous experience as a Senior or Master Technician
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding expertise
  • Full UK driving licence
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
Desirable:
  • MOT Tester qualification
  • Hybrid / EV accreditation
  • Experience within a franchised dealership

Automotive Bodyshop in the Maidstone Area £55,000/ £60,000 Basic Salary Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible on Hours) Occasional Saturday working when required Family feel environment with a friendly stable team Are you an experienced Panel Beater looking to join a professional, well-equipped accident repair centre where your skills are valued and rewarded? We are looking for a skilled and efficient technician to carry out high-quality panel repairs to manufacturer standards, working as part of a collaborative and supportive workshop team. If you take pride in your workmanship and enjoy delivering excellent results, we want to hear from you.
