Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive sector. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with customers. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with automotive service processes and related software is preferred.
