About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead the aftersales function and ensure a first-class customer experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the service department
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians and service advisors
  • Ensure efficient workshop loading and productivity
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle customer queries and resolve any escalated issues professionally
  • Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and financial targets
  • Implement processes to improve efficiency and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager (ideally within a prestige or premium automotive environment)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on profitability and performance

  • Technical understanding of classic and modern vehicles is advantageous

The Role: Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy service department, leading a team of 18 staff including service advisors, technicians, and support personnel.
