About You: Has a proven track record in a General Sales Manager/ Sales Manager role Is commercially focused with a passion for delivering results. Has excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills. Understands the importance of customer satisfaction and brand reputation. With a commitment to delivering high-quality automotive services, this garage has built a reputation for excellence in vehicle maintenance and repair. Key Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic assessments and perform repairs on a variety of vehicles. Carry out routine servicing and maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and reliability. Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide exceptional service to customers. Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.
