Are you an experienced Panel Beater looking to join a professional, well-equipped accident repair centre where your skills are valued and rewarded? We are looking for a skilled and efficient technician to carry out high-quality panel repairs to manufacturer standards, working as part of a collaborative and supportive workshop team. If you take pride in your workmanship and enjoy delivering excellent results, we want to hear from you.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Repairing or replacing damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards
  • Carrying out structural repairs, jig work, and panel alignment
  • Welding and bonding panels using appropriate repair methods
  • Working with both aluminium and steel panels
  • Removing and refitting trims, interiors, and bolt-on components
  • Preparing vehicles for paint handover
  • Completing quality checks prior to vehicle release
  • Meeting efficiency and productivity targets
  • Maintaining accurate repair records
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop/ accident repair environment
  • Ability to repair both cosmetic and structural damage
  • Jig and welding experience preferred
  • Knowledge of modern repair techniques and materials (including aluminium)
  • ATA accreditation desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • A positive team-focused attitude

  • Basic salary up to £55,000 (up to £60,000 depending on experience)
  • Tiered bonus scheme with earning potential up to £10,000 per year
Working Hours & Flexibility
  • 45 hours per week
