Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosing and repairing various automotive faults to ensure vehicles are operating at optimal performance.

Performing routine maintenance and servicing that includes oil changes, tire rotations, brakes inspections, and engine tune-ups.

Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and documenting findings for clients and record-keeping.

Utilizing diagnostic equipment and tools to identify mechanical and electrical problems accurately.

Maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment while adhering to safety standards and protocols.

Providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about vehicle condition and necessary repairs.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role within the automotive industry.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Knowledge of vehicle systems and components, with a commitment to continual learning and improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Relevant qualifications and certifications in automotive technology or mechanics.

My client is a trusted, family-run commercial vehicle dealership, proudly working with leading manufacturers. They are looking for a skilled and flexible Accredited HGV Master Technician to join our professional Service Team at their Heathrow location.
This is a varied role, offering outstanding earning potential, manufacturer training, and a long-term career path with a business that puts people first.
The Role:
Carry out diagnostics, complex repairs, servicing, and routine maintenance on customer vehicles
Attend diagnostic appointments and complete repairs in line with manufacturer standards
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Participate in ongoing brand-specific training and development
What’s on Offer:
Basic Salary: Up to £47,000 (DOE)
£3,000 Split Shift Allowance
Productivity Bonus: Up to £6,000 per year (paid monthly)
Realistic OTE: £74,574 per annum
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x (weekends and out-of-hours)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm and 2:00pm–10:30pm
Optional Roadside Technician Rota available for additional earnings

Flexibly switching between light and heavy vehicle work as required
Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workshop environment
Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and safety standards
