Vehicle Technician (Luxury/ Prestige)

  • Salary Details: £45-48k Basic Salary + Monthly Bonus
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 5.30pm/ 2.45pm finish on a Friday (No Weekends)
Monday Matters Recruitment is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join a highly respected independent specialist garage in Sevenoaks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for high-performance vehicles to work in a dynamic and well-equipped workshop. 
 
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of specialist vehicles to the highest standards. You must be confident working with complex diagnostic procedures and advanced electrical systems across both modern and classic vehicles. Working alongside a skilled and knowledgeable team, you will ensure every vehicle receives expert care and attention.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using specialist diagnostic equipment
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer and prestige standards
  • Confidently undertake complex diagnostic and electrical fault-finding
  • Supervise and support junior technicians, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Work closely with the service team to maintain efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document all work completed, including parts used and labour time
  • Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician
  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work with classic and modern vehicle systems
  • VAG/ Prestige Car experience preferred but not essential
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in automotive repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
