About the Role

Warehouse Assistant/ Trainee Tyre Fitter
  • Based in Ashford, Kent
  • Circa £28-30k Per Annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5/5.30pm
  • You must have experience in a warehouse environment
Our client is a long-established and trusted supplier of alloy wheels, tyres, and vehicle styling products. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join the team as a Warehouse Assistant, with the opportunity to train and progress into a skilled Tyre Fitter.
 
The Role:
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse. Duties will include:
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
  • Receiving and checking deliveries
  • Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
  • Assisting with stock control
In addition to warehouse work, you will receive full in-house training to become a tyre fitter. This will involve:
  • Learning how to safely fit, balance, and repair tyres
  • Working with a wide range of wheel and tyre combinations
  • Developing technical knowledge of fitting equipment and processes

  • Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and physically able to handle manual tasks
  • Previous warehouse or workshop experience is useful but not essential – full training will be provided
