Join a Successful Commercial Main Dealership
Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for an experienced HGV Claims & Invoice Processor to join our existing team at a busy commercial main dealership based in Heathrow.
This is a specialist automotive administration role covering Manufacturer Warranty Claims, Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Claims and Retail Invoicing.
If you have previous experience in automotive warranty, claims, invoicing or service administration — particularly within HGV or commercial vehicles — we would love to hear from you.
The Role
The successful candidate will ideally have:

A good understanding of vehicle warranty processes.
-
Experience processing Manufacturer Warranty Claims.
-
An understanding of Repair & Maintenance (R&M).
-
Experience processing R&M claims.

Previous experience as a Service Advisor would be highly relevant for candidates looking to move into claims processing and administration.
What We're Looking For
You will need to be confident working across multiple software platforms on a daily basis and have excellent administration skills.
Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in warranty, claims or invoicing would be a significant advantage, particularly within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
However, a willingness to learn is just as important as previous experience. If you have a strong automotive background and a genuine "can-do" attitude, full training will be provided on the various systems and processes.
Why Join Us?
You will be joining a busy and professional commercial main dealership with a friendly, team-focused working environment.
We are looking for someone who wants to become a valued member of the team rather than simply another number. You will have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, using your own initiative to get the job done.
If you have automotive experience, strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail, this could be an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a commercial main dealership.
