The Role
 
We are looking for an Aftersales Services Executive to join a growing luxury/premium automotive business, with a strong focus on parts, warranty and aftersales administration.
The successful candidate must have a strong background in automotive parts and a good understanding of the parts ordering and supply process.
You’ll play an important role in supporting the workshop and maintaining a high level of service for our clients, ensuring parts and warranty requirements are managed efficiently from initial request through to completion.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage parts requirements for customer and workshop jobs.
  • Order, track and coordinate parts with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Monitor availability, delivery times and parts costs.
  • Liaise with technicians to understand vehicle and parts requirements.
  • Manage parts returns and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and submit manufacturer and supplier warranty claims.
  • Gather supporting information and documentation for warranty submissions.
  • Track warranty work through to completion and payment.
  • Prepare accurate estimates, job cards and customer invoices.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and technicians to provide clear updates.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle, parts and warranty records.
  • Take ownership of queries and resolve issues efficiently.
About You
 
A strong automotive parts background is essential for this role. You should have a good understanding of vehicle parts, ordering processes, suppliers and the requirements of a busy workshop environment.
Experience in warranty and aftersales would be highly advantageous, particularly within a dealership, specialist or premium automotive environment.
