Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to clients by advising on the selection and availability of automotive parts.

Manage parts inventory efficiently, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are processed promptly.

Assist in the identification of customer needs, recommending fitting and assembly options as necessary.

Collaborate with service and repair departments to streamline parts procurement for ongoing jobs.

Maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring all details are logged in the dealership's systems.

Stay informed about the latest industry trends and product developments to offer knowledgeable advice.
Skills & Experience Required:

Experience within the automotive industry is preferred, but not essential.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in managing parts inventory and orders.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and record-keeping.

Knowledge of automotive parts and products is essential.
