Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics to identify issues and recommend the necessary repairs.

Perform a wide range of repair work including mechanical, electrical, and bodywork.

Maintain accurate records of work done and parts used.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate a small team of Handover Specialists, ensuring consistent standards of preparation and customer care
Personally manage high-value customer handovers, delivering a polished, informative, and engaging experience
Conduct final inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles meet showroom standards prior to delivery
Train, mentor, and support junior team members in delivering brand-aligned handover experiences
Liaise with internal departments (sales, workshop, valeting) to manage vehicle readiness timelines
Ensure all handover documentation, finance paperwork, and compliance requirements are completed accurately
Resolve last-minute delivery issues and maintain post-handover follow-up processes
Uphold a calm, professional demeanour, even under pressure, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in a vehicle handover, delivery, or sales support role within the automotive sector
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience, ideally within a customer-facing environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach
Well-presented, articulate, and confident in delivering product feature demonstrations
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally
Full UK Driving Licence (required)
