The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth parts operations, supporting the dealership's sales and service teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory, providing technical advice, and building strong client relationships. We are looking for someone who is proactive, knowledgeable, and ready to contribute to the continued success of the dealership.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting customers with parts enquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and ordering parts as required
  • Processing sales and ensuring correct pricing and stock allocation
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely parts delivery
  • Providing technical product information and advice to colleagues and customers
  • Updating all records accurately within the dealership’s database systems
  • Maintaining a clean and organised parts department environment
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a car dealership environment
  • Good knowledge of automotive parts and systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and stock management abilities
  • Proficiency in using dealership management system software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential
