As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between customers and the service department, ensuring that all service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with expert advice and guidance on service options.

Receive and manage customer service requests from initial contact through to completion.

Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow in the service department.

Update customers on the status of their vehicles and any recommended service work.

Prepare and present estimates for service work, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns, fostering a positive customer experience.

Collaborate closely with technicians and service team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service work performed in the dealership's system.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.

Strong understanding of vehicle service processes and requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in using service management systems and Microsoft Office suite.

A valid driving license is essential.
