Franchise Manager (Automotive)
Based in Kent

They are seeking an experienced and ambitious Franchise Manager to join their company, due to exciting business expansion. This is a confidential search for a key role that will help drive franchise performance, brand growth, and operational excellence across an expanding network.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations and performance of franchise dealerships within your assigned region.

Ensure all franchises comply with manufacturer standards, policies, and operational guidelines.

Drive sales, service, and aftersales performance, meeting and exceeding agreed KPIs.

Build strong relationships with franchise partners and dealership teams, providing guidance, support, and training.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Support strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s expansion plans, ensuring operational consistency and brand excellence.

Report directly to the Group Operations Director, providing regular updates on performance, issues, and opportunities.
Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in automotive franchise or dealership management, ideally across multiple brands.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Commercially focused with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.

Experienced in operational management, performance monitoring, and team development.

Flexible and willing to travel regionally to support franchise operations.
