The successful candidate must have a strong background in automotive parts and a good understanding of the parts ordering and supply process. You’ll play an important role in supporting the workshop and maintaining a high level of service for our clients, ensuring parts and warranty requirements are managed efficiently from initial request through to completion. Key Responsibilities Manage parts requirements for customer and workshop jobs. Order, track and coordinate parts with suppliers and manufacturers. Monitor availability, delivery times and parts costs. Liaise with technicians to understand vehicle and parts requirements. Manage parts returns and maintain accurate records. Prepare and submit manufacturer and supplier warranty claims. Gather supporting information and documentation for warranty submissions. Track warranty work through to completion and payment. The Role: As a Vehicle Prepper, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles and panels for paint and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
