As Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle's journey, from initial booking through to collection.

  • A professional, organised and customer-focused approach.
  • Confidence discussing vehicle repairs, servicing and maintenance.
  • Good IT skills and experience using garage management systems.
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
What's on Offer?
  • £32,000/£37,000 basic salary
  • Monday to Friday working with one Saturday morning per month
  • Outstanding facilities and a high-quality working environment.
  • A friendly, family-run business with an excellent reputation.
  • A genuinely long-standing and experienced team.
  • A stable, well-established business where people are valued.
  • The opportunity to work with some fantastic luxury and prestige vehicles.
Why This Opportunity?

Opportunities like this don't come around very often. Joining a respected family-run luxury specialist with first-class facilities, an established team and a reputation for doing things properly offers a refreshing alternative to the usual dealership environment.
