The Senior Service Advisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing service bookings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department. This position requires a confident leader with a good understanding of automotive service processes and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing outstanding customer service, acting as the main point of contact for all service-related enquiries
  • Managing service bookings and scheduling work efficiently to maximise workshop productivity
  • Assisting in the supervision and support of the service team to ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Upselling products and additional services to customers to enhance their experience and increase revenue
  • Handling customer concerns or complaints professionally, aiming for swift resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions
  • Ensuring all processes comply with manufacturer and dealership standards and policies
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally in a fast-paced automotive environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to upsell and maximise profitability through excellent product knowledge
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to support and motivate team members
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Understanding of automotive service processes, warranty procedures, and stock control
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanour
