Monday Matters Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established automotive business in the Birchington-On-Sea, Kent area to find a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Car Parts Advisor.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for trade customers, handling incoming parts enquiries and supplying automotive parts to the aftermarket. You’ll play a key role in delivering a professional, efficient, and friendly service while building strong relationships with workshops, independent garages, and trade clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and parts enquiries from trade customers

Accurately identify and supply the correct automotive parts
-
Process orders efficiently using internal systems
-
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Upsell related parts and consumables to maximise sales opportunities

Deliver excellent customer service at all times
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and thrives in a busy environment.
You’ll ideally have:

Experience within a main dealer or parts factor environment (essential)

A confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
-
Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

High attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Monday Matters Recruitment is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join a highly respected independent specialist garage in Swanley, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for high-performance vehicles to work in a dynamic and well-equipped workshop.
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of specialist vehicles to the highest standards. You must be confident working with complex diagnostic procedures and advanced electrical systems across both modern and classic vehicles. Working alongside a skilled and knowledgeable team, you will ensure every vehicle receives expert care and attention.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using specialist diagnostic equipment
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer and prestige standards
Confidently undertake complex diagnostic and electrical fault-finding
Supervise and support junior technicians, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Work closely with the service team to maintain efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction
Accurately document all work completed, including parts used and labour time
Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician
Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work with classic and modern vehicle systems
VAG/ Prestige Car experience preferred but not essential
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in automotive repair
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
