This is a unique opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for prestige vehicles, luxury goods and international markets, combined with strong commercial and negotiation skills. The role will involve sourcing high-value vehicles and luxury products from markets across the globe, securing the best possible purchase prices and managing the process through to delivery.

The Role
  • You will take ownership of the sourcing process from initial research and supplier engagement through to purchase, logistics and final delivery.
  • One day you could be sourcing a high-performance vehicle from Germany, the next a luxury watch from the US or another high-value product from an international market.
  • You will be responsible for finding the right product, at the right price, in the right market — while ensuring all associated costs remain commercially viable.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full process from purchase through to inspection, preparation, insured transportation and delivery.
  • Coordinate international shipping and logistics for high-value goods.
  • Understand and manage import and export requirements, customs processes, duties, taxes and territory restrictions.
  • Factor exchange rates and international costs into every sourcing decision.
  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing decisions, costs, suppliers and deliveries.
  • Monitor market movements, depreciation, availability and changes in product values.
  • Ensure all purchases remain within agreed budgets and provide strong commercial value.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the sourcing, shipping or delivery process.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure products are sourced and delivered efficiently.
About You
  • We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, highly organised and naturally curious, with the ability to find opportunities in markets that others may overlook.
  • You may have experience within vehicle sourcing or trading, luxury goods buying, international logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, procurement or a similar environment.
You'll ideally have:
  • Experience sourcing or purchasing vehicles, luxury goods or other high-value products.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a natural ability to identify value.
  • A good understanding of international markets and pricing.
  • Experience working across different currencies and understanding exchange-rate implications.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, customs, duties and taxes, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple sourcing and delivery projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with suppliers and partners internationally.
  • A proactive, commercially focused approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to remain calm when dealing with complex or time-sensitive situations.
  • A high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism when handling high-value assets.
Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
  • Prestige or performance vehicle sourcing/ trading
  • Luxury watch or luxury goods markets
  • Motor trade
  • Auction or broker networks
  • International freight or logistics
  • Vehicle import/export
