Are you a skilled and motivated automotive professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, a highly respected independent garage in the South East London area, is seeking an experienced Branch/ Service Manager to lead their team and drive the business to new heights.
 
As the Branch/ Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring high standards of customer service, productivity, and efficiency. You'll be the linchpin between the workshop, customers, and management, delivering an exceptional service experience while managing a team of talented technicians and support staff.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow.
  • Manage and mentor service staff, fostering a productive and motivated team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all service processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and profitability.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Branch/ Service Manager within the automotive industry.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive service operations and repair processes.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyse financial data effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer service.
  • IT proficient, familiar with automotive service management software.

We are looking for a skilled and efficient technician to carry out high-quality panel repairs to manufacturer standards, working as part of a collaborative and supportive workshop team.
