As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. Your role is key in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels through expert advice, transparent communication, and professional service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers promptly and courteously, understanding their vehicle needs and concerns.

Adsorbing vehicle issues, providing clear explanations, and offering suitable service options.

Booking appointments and managing workshop schedules efficiently.

Preparing service plans, estimates, and billing details accurately and transparently.

Ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales and to a high standard.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run independent main dealer in the Aylesbury area, who are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive administration experience who takes pride in delivering a professional and seamless customer experience.
The Role
As an Automotive Sales Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the dealership's administration and accounts functions, while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the showroom.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the administration department with daily tasks
Providing administrative support to the Accountant and Accounts team
Preparing and processing invoices
Carrying out sales administration duties
Handling incoming telephone calls professionally and directing them to the appropriate team member
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently
Providing a professional, friendly and welcoming experience for customers
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous automotive administration experience – Sales Admin, Service Admin or Service Advisor experience would be ideal
