About the Role: As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the key liaison between our customers and workshop technicians. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless aftersales experience, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. The successful candidate will already have experience within automotive sales management or a similar senior dealership role and will play a vital part in driving finance penetration, profitability, compliance, and deal quality across the sales department. You will be responsible for structuring and closing finance and insurance deals, supporting the sales process, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from enquiry through to handover. This is a key role within the business, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency while delivering a high level of customer service.
