Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.
Book vehicles in for gearbox diagnostics, repairs and servicing.
Provide clear, accurate estimates and explain required work without jargon.
Liaise between customers and workshop technicians to ensure smooth communication.
Raise job cards, issue invoices and process payments.
Keep customer records and service history up to date.
Resolve queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Promote additional services and products where appropriate.
Candidates Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Competent with computers, including Microsoft Office and garage management systems.
