This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment and has a strong background in B2B trade sales. You’ll be responsible for leading a high-activity sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing long-term relationships with professional customers such as workshops, specialists, and performance-focused garages.
The Role:
As Trade Parts Sales Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day sales performance while contributing to wider commercial strategy. The environment is demanding and high-intensity, with strong emphasis on call activity, speed of response, margin control, and structured processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage the Trade Sales team against activity, performance, and KPI targets
Drive daily sales activity to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing trade accounts while onboarding new customers
Oversee outbound sales activity, quoting, account management, and margin discipline
Work closely with senior leadership to implement and execute sales strategies
Ensure adherence to internal processes, SOPs, and credit-control procedures
Occasional weekend work to support automotive events and trade shows
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in B2B Trade Parts Sales, Account Management, or Sales Management
Background in automotive, aftermarket parts, wholesale, industrial supply, or similar trade-led sectors
Demonstrable success leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Strong track record of managing KPIs, targets, and high daily activity levels

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing vehicles for paint handover

What We’re Looking For
