The Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our workshop and retail customers receive the correct parts promptly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories.
Process parts orders for both the workshop and retail customers.
