This is a key role within the Service Department, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the workshop and providing an excellent level of customer service from initial booking through to vehicle completion and collection. You will deal directly with customers to arrange bookings for routine maintenance, servicing, MOTs and additional repairs, while keeping them informed throughout the repair process. You will also provide essential administrative support to the wider Service and Workshop teams. The Role This is a varied, fast-paced position where no two days are the same.
