This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in building and developing a successful Service operation from the ground up. The position offers a clear pathway toward a future Service Manager role for the right candidate.
The Role:
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a new Service department, ensuring excellent customer service standards, smooth workshop operations, and consistent departmental performance. You will work closely with senior management to support wider Aftersales objectives while helping shape and grow the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles, with a focus on EVs and hybrids
Carry out advanced diagnostics using manufacturer-approved systems
Conduct health checks and identify potential issues accurately
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
Keep up to date with the latest EV technologies and safety procedures

About You:
Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Experience working within a main dealer environment preferred
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Interest in electric/hybrid vehicles
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
Full UK driving licence
