Vehicle Buyer/ Prize Sourcing & Fulfilment Manager Based in Orpington, Kent Circa £60k Basic Salary Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30AM to 5.30PM (WFH on Thursdays) - No Weekends Monday Matters Recruitment are delighted to be working with an exciting and fast-growing business to recruit a Vehicle/ Prize Sourcing & Fulfilment Manager. This is a genuinely unusual opportunity for someone with a background in vehicle sourcing, luxury goods, international logistics, freight forwarding, import/export or purchasing who wants a role with real responsibility and variety. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and delivering high-value prizes to winners across the world. This could involve sourcing a prestige or performance car in one country, a luxury watch in another, or arranging the delivery of other high-value items internationally. The Role: You will take ownership of the full prize sourcing and fulfilment process, from finding and negotiating the purchase of the item through to inspection, insured transportation, customs and ultimately successful delivery to the winner. You will be working with significant budgets, international suppliers and logistics partners, so commercial awareness, organisation and attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities: Source prestige and performance vehicles, luxury watches and other high-value items internationally Research live market values and identify the most cost-effective markets in which to purchase Negotiate with dealers, brokers and suppliers to achieve the best possible price Manage the complete fulfilment process from purchase through to final delivery Arrange inspections, preparation, insured transportation and handover Manage import/export requirements, customs, duties, taxes and territory restrictions Consider exchange rates and landed costs when making purchasing decisions Ensure every prize remains within its agreed budget Build and maintain a strong network of dealers, brokers, shipping agents and logistics partners Support winner verification and delivery checks Maintain accurate records of sourcing decisions, costs and deliveries Monitor spend against budget and provide regular reporting Keep up to date with market values, depreciation, product availability and market movements About You: We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, highly organised and confident dealing with suppliers internationally. Ideally, you will have experience in one or more of the following: Vehicle sourcing or vehicle trading Luxury goods buying International logistics Freight forwarding Import/ export operations Purchasing or procurement A working understanding of international shipping, customs, duties and taxation would be advantageous, although full training on the company's processes will be provided. You will also need: Strong negotiation and commercial skills Excellent attention to detail and organisation Confidence working across different currencies and international markets Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple deliveries and projects simultaneously A calm and practical approach to solving problems when things don't go to plan High levels of integrity and discretion when dealing with valuable assets and sensitive information A genuine interest in cars, watches and luxury goods Desirable Experience: Motor trade experience Experience within the luxury watch sector Auction or broker network experience Knowledge of vehicle homologation, registration or export documentation Additional language skills Interested? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Stripper Fitter to join an established Bodyshop team, working on a range of vehicles and helping to ensure every vehicle is restored and finished to the highest possible standard. You’ll be working under the support and guidance of the Bodyshop Supervisor and Manager, while also having the opportunity to use your own experience and expertise to work independently and support less experienced members of the team. The Role: As a Vehicle Stripper Fitter, you will be responsible for stripping and fitting vehicle panels and components, supporting the repair process and ensuring vehicles are restored correctly. Your responsibilities will include: Stripping and fitting vehicle panels Removing parts and panels from a range of vehicles Carrying out repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition using approved repair methods Carefully labelling and storing nuts, bolts, screws and other fixings ready for refitting Ensuring stripped parts and panels are correctly stored and accounted for Working closely with the wider Bodyshop team to ensure vehicles progress efficiently through the repair process Supporting other Bodyshop departments when required Working independently on vehicles and using your experience to make decisions when necessary Supporting and sharing knowledge with junior technicians and trainees Helping to train and develop Bodyshop trainee staff Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship throughout every repair Following company procedures and required health & safety standards About You: We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Stripper Fitter who takes pride in their work and has previous experience within a Bodyshop or similar automotive environment.
