Monday Matters Recruitment is delighted to be working with a very well-established independent prestige specialist who is looking to recruit an additional Aftersales Advisor to support their existing team of two. This is a new role due to growth, not a replacement, offering the chance to work alongside a fantastic, supportive Manager in a business with an excellent reputation.
The Role:
As Aftersales Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout their visit. Your duties will include:
Handling telephone enquiries
Greeting customers on arrival
Communicating with customers throughout the day, advising of any additional work required
Liaising closely with the workshop
Ordering parts as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 12–18 months’ customer-facing experience within the motor trade
Confident, professional, and customer-focused
Able to deliver a high standard of service to help uphold the company’s strong reputation
Organised and comfortable working in a busy environment
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:15pm (1-hour lunch break)
Saturday mornings: 8:00am – 12:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays, paid at overtime rates)

The Role
Diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and maintenance across a range of vehicles
Using modern diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and fix faults

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage the Trade Sales team against activity, performance, and KPI targets

Oversee outbound sales activity, quoting, account management, and margin discipline
