Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of the workshop and technician team
Allocation of jobs, monitoring progress and quality control
Approving holidays and handling general team queries
Working closely with the service team and management to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar role within a commercial/HGV Workshop experience
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
A proactive approach and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

My client is a trusted, family-run commercial vehicle dealership, proudly working with leading manufacturers. They are looking for a skilled and flexible Accredited HGV Master Technician to join our professional Service Team at their Heathrow location.
This is a varied role, offering outstanding earning potential, manufacturer training, and a long-term career path with a business that puts people first.
The Role:
Carry out diagnostics, complex repairs, servicing, and routine maintenance on customer vehicles
Attend diagnostic appointments and complete repairs in line with manufacturer standards

What’s on Offer:
Basic Salary: Up to £47,000 (DOE)
£3,000 Split Shift Allowance
Productivity Bonus: Up to £6,000 per year (paid monthly)
