Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options
  • Manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Utilise CRM systems effectively to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to maximise revenue and customer value
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both retail and B2B clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills at all times
  • Coordinate appointments, test drives, follow-up calls, and meetings efficiently
  • Stay up to date with vehicle specifications, promotions, finance packages, and industry trends
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or B2B sales is highly desirable
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset
  • Excellent organisational abilities and the capability to manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using CRM software and sales management systems
  • Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills would be advantageous
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
