We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor with a strong mechanical background who can confidently bridge the gap between the workshop and the customer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the technical side of vehicle repair and servicing, but also enjoys delivering a first-class customer experience.
The Role:
As Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers from booking through to vehicle handover. You’ll work closely with technicians, explain technical information clearly, and ensure every customer receives a professional and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing customer bookings and workshop schedules

Advising customers on servicing, repairs, and maintenance requirements

Translating technical information into clear customer-friendly language

Preparing estimates and invoices

Liaising closely with technicians and workshop management

Upselling additional work where appropriate

Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
What We’re Looking For:

Strong mechanical knowledge or previous technician/mechanical experience

Passion for prestige, performance, or specialist vehicles

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Full UK driving licence preferred

Maintain a high level of product knowledge on dealership services and vehicle features
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership or automotive environment
