Senior Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:

Senior Vehicle Technician Skills:

Proven experience as a Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician within a similar environment

Expertise in diagnosing complex vehicle issues and implementing effective solutions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workshop

Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and provide clear explanations to customers

Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) preferred

Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in line with FCA and dealership compliance standards
Supporting the Sales Manager and wider sales team with administrative duties
Maintaining organised and accurate records
The Ideal Candidate:
Have previous administration experience (motor trade experience highly desirable)
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Be confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
Possess good communication skills and a professional manner
Be able to prioritise workload effectively

Desirable:
MOT Tester qualification
Hybrid / EV accreditation
Experience within a franchised dealership
